I work at George Mason University and have a M.S. in Sport and Recreation Studies. My thesis examined parental influence on the physical activity of children. LAB certified bicycling safety instructor and a IMBA certified mountain bike ride guide. Serve on boards of several non profits focused on promoting bike/walk/transit/outdoor recreation. Spent my high school years in Germany and had the freedom to travel without a car by using transit, walking and biking. Currently bike to transit to get to work. Interested in future career opportunities in bike/walk advocacy/outreach.
