I lead policy for Cascade, and direct state legislative and electoral work for Washington Bikes. Over the past five years, much of my work has involved state legislative policy where I worked with a team that successfully advocated for over $500 million in state and federal investments in biking, walking, complete streets, and safe routes to school.

Now, with the merger of Cascade Bicycle Club and Washington Bikes complete, I direct local, regional, state and federal policy work for bicycling in Washington state.
